A marquee gives you a room where there was not one before. What makes it work is how that room is put together: the space between tables, the finish underfoot, and the fabric overhead.
We start with your occasion and your site, then work through the details with you.
Glass Marquees
A clear structure keeps the setting part of the event. It is worth thinking about the view as well as the layout inside. We can discuss the marquee alongside the draping, flooring and other finishes you need.
Draping
Fabric changes the feel of a space. Ceiling treatments and draped interiors can soften the structure and bring the room together. The right finish depends on the look you want and what is already around it.
Flooring
Interlock wooden flooring and ABS flooring provide options for the surface beneath your event. We will discuss the finish with you alongside the venue, the layout and the other items in your hire.
Air Conditioning & Turf
Comfort is part of the plan. Rane offers air conditioning and grass or Astroturf alongside its marquee services. Tell us how you intend to use the space so we can discuss which additions belong in the brief.
How the Process Runs
The conversation. Start with your date, venue, approximate guest count and the kind of occasion you are planning. A few photographs of the space are useful too.
The details. We talk through the marquee and the finishes: draping, flooring, air conditioning and turf. Your budget belongs in that conversation from the beginning.
The practicalities. Access, delivery and setup need to sit alongside the event schedule. We will discuss the requirements for your site before the arrangements are finalised.
The Structure, and the Details
The marquee is the starting point. The room you create inside it is what your guests will experience.
Draping and flooring should be considered together, rather than added after the layout is settled. Fabric can change the atmosphere; the floor changes the finish of the whole space.
Air conditioning and turf are part of Rane’s service range too. We can discuss these as part of the same brief, so the structure and its surroundings are planned together.
Planning Your Space
A guest count is a starting point, rather than the whole layout. Tables, a dance floor, a stage and service areas all use space differently.
Tell us what needs to happen inside the marquee, and share the venue location and any access details you already know. We can then discuss the requirements for the space.
Working to a Budget
Tell us your budget early. A useful quote needs a date, a location and a clear idea of the marquee and finishes required. We can talk through the priorities with you before the brief grows around them.
